Impact has a lot to do with you.

Faith-based nonprofits have visions and missions that guide the ‘why and how’ of their desired impact. If you serve in one, then perhaps you already recognize the significance of your leadership and your personal impact when it comes to achieving the ministry’s mission.

United

 Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) leaders and organizations are focused and urgent about their role and how God uses them to create Kingdom impact. United in purpose, they desire to radically transform lives for Christ across the country and around the world. As light bearers and hope bringers they seek to meet urgent needs and restore broken hearts. Each one plays a unique part in God’s redemptive plan.  Armed with compassion and the love of Christ they man their posts while relentlessly pursuing the sacred Great Commission.

Equipped

At the Outcomes Conference 2018,  CLA leaders will gather once again to give thanks to God for his work in and through their lives and ministries. They will all bring their best as they passionately invest in each other, exchange best practices and grow in their resolve to lead like Christ. Together, according to the power at work within them, they will create the most comprehensive leadership training experience of the year.

And after the third day, they will leave this moment in time full of  knowledge, inspiration and the encouragement they need to faithfully keep on running their race.
