At Christian Leadership Alliance, it’s time for Christ-centered nonprofit leaders to go back to school at the Outcomes Academy Online. The Academy offers in-depth leadership training for those who want to expand their operational effectiveness. The  interactive 10-hour modules were developed by some of America’s top thinkers in Christian leadership. Each one is facilitated by a subject matter expert and delivered to you via the impressive Los Angeles Pacific University learning platform. If you are serious about growing your leadership skills, then this experience is for you.

Christian Leadership Alliance offers two accelerator programs.  Those who enroll may be complete the programs through a combination of learning experiences available through the Outcomes Academy Online and the annual Outcomes Conference.  You can get started on either of them through  the Fall Outcomes Academy Online.  Here is more about both of them.

Credential Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL)

The CCNL designed to promote biblical principles and professional standards in Christian nonprofit organizations. This program exists because Christian nonprofits need leaders who have proven expertise and certified excellence in their professional fields. The focus of this program is to influence how leaders think and what is required to steward well their time, talent, and resources.

Those who receive the CCNL credential will possess a proven multi-disciplinary understanding of nonprofit leadership. Training traverses all the critical areas of professional practice: executive leadership, resource development, financial management, tax and legal, board governance, people management and care, marketing and communication, and Internet and technology.

This Credential now earns academic credit towards a Master of Arts program in Organizational Leadership through York College Online. The Alliance registrar coordinator, Heather Martin, is your key contact to learn more about this exciting opportunity.

Outcomes Leadership Core Powered by Lead Like Jesus (OLC)

The OLC, is for leaders who don’t want to simply be great leaders, but long to be leaders who lead like Jesus. Divided into four pathways, this transformational experience will change the way you lead and live. Experiences throughout the pathways that are identified as a CORE FOUR EXPERIENCE  are the ones required for you to earn an Outcomes Leadership CORE certificate.
