The success and impact of equipping leaders through Christian Leadership Alliance is a testimony to the many Christian men and women who have invested their wealth of experience and knowledge in legacy to the future of emerging Christian leaders.
It all began on March 20, 1976, when a group of 20 leaders met for the first time in a small meeting room inside the old Rodger Young Auditorium in Los Angeles. They freely shared their best practices, believing that if they worked together, their kingdom impact would be greater. Little did they know they were igniting a movement that would one day be known as Christian Leadership Alliance.
For over 40 years, faith-based organizations have been transformed because of the Alliance’s biblically-based resources, experiences, and the enriching collaboration with like-minded Christians.
CURRENT REALITY
Far too many Christian nonprofit leaders lack the basic understanding of how to effectively operate their organizations. Because of this competency gap, those leaders and their organizations will not fulfill their mission or realize their potential Kingdom impact.
The resources and experiences the Alliance creates impacts the thinking, behavior and development of over hundreds of thousands of leaders each year. But, there are over 84,700 Christian nonprofit organizations headquartered in the U.S. It is estimated that in the next 12 months, 2,400 Christian nonprofits will cease to exist. Tens of thousands more will fight to survive.
A fully equipped leader changes everything about the future kingdom impact of an organization and those they are called to serve.
