Outcomes Academy Fall 2023: Expand Your Leadership Capacity
Through the Outcomes Academy Fall 2023 term, Christian Leadership Alliance creates a unique experience for leaders who want to grow their competencies and do it with others who share that desire and journey. Through Outcomes Academy Online, you can spend ten weeks with a cohort of diverse leaders who want to become all that God has called them to be as a leader.
In these cohorts, you will have reading assignments, participate in interactive presentations, process the content in discussions with the cohort, and then create reflection actions that will lead you to practical applications.

ALL Outcomes Academy 10-week courses earn either CCNL required or elective points. See course descriptions for details. You do not need to be enrolled in the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) Program to register for these courses.

Fall Term: Featured Courses
CCNL Relationship | Connecting Hearts to Ministry Misson
The course is designed to provide an executive-level view of creating and building an engaging brand, connecting that brand with various audiences, and inspiring donor support. You will learn to establish your organization’s distinctive brand. You will gain insight into pursuing a sound approach to technology in your organization’s communications. You will gain a practical, biblically-based understanding of building and stewarding transformative life-long relationships with your organization’s donors.
This is a REQUIRED course for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) program. It earns 20 CCNL points.
Two sessions in Resource Development, two in Marketing and Communications, and one in Internet and technology – Earn 20 points for the CCNL Program.

CCNL Lead Like Jesus
This course is designed to help you learn what is needed to develop the heart, head, hands, and habits of a great leader with Jesus as the model. The readings, videos, and other materials are designed to help uncover what might be keeping you from realizing your full leadership potential while helping develop those skills and habits needed to become a leader who leads like Jesus. So whether you are a stay-at-home parent, a teacher, a CEO, an administrative professional, an electrician, a nurse, a coach, or a church leader, you are influencing the lives of others, and that makes YOU a leader! Highly recommended for leaders at every level across an organization.
The course is an ELECTIVE for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) Program. It earns 20 CCNL points.
