Dave Raley

Dave Raley is the author of The Rise of Sustainable Giving and founder of Imago Consulting, an advisory firm that helps organizations create growth through sustainable innovation. As a speaker and advisor, he has inspired thousands of nonprofit leaders to grow both personally and organizationally.

Dave authors The Wave Report, a weekly innovation and leadership column. The Wave Report highlights trends in sustainable recurring giving, artificial intelligence, personal leadership, and innovation.

Raley founded the Sustainable Giving Podcast, the go-to show for exploring the future of fundraising through the lens of sustainable recurring giving. The podcast brings together changemakers, strategists, and nonprofit leaders for candid conversations that inspire action and spark innovation.

He also co-founded and co-hosts the Purpose & Profit Podcast, a show that explores the intersection of nonprofit causes and for-profit businesses. The show has featured guests and lessons from Charity: Water, Disney, Oreo Cookies, International Justice Mission, and Netflix.

Dave and his wife Heather reside in Poulsbo, Washington, with their two daughters. They enjoy trips to Disneyland and Pacific Northwest summers and are involved with their local school and church.
