See the digital summary PDF submission information below.

GREAT NEWS!!!

We have made it easier for YOU to upload your Digital Summary PDF files for Conference workshop attendees.  Uploading your digital summary (4 pages maximum) to the app will allow easy app access to all attendees.

Please login to Cvent from the link below and upload your Digital Summary PDF file no later than April 4th.

After clicking on the link, Faculty Resource Center, follow these directions:

Select “Already Registered” and enter your email address. If you do not have your confirmation number, choose “Forgot Confirmation Number”. Your confirmation number will be emailed to you at the address provided. After entering your confirmation number, go to the Home page in Cvent and log in with your credentials.

Go to My Tasks at the top of the page.

1) Select Option 1 – Upload Digital Summary PDF files
2) Review and update your profile. Please add your picture here.
3) Email Donna.Bostick@ChristianLeadershipAlliance.org for further assistance. Submit by April 4, 2025 to Donna Bostick at donna.bostick@christianleadershipalliance.org.

We ask that you submit a digital summary PDF for your presentation. Attendees value these, and they can impact the evaluation scores for your session. It will be posted in digital format (PDF) so attendees can access them in our App. We will NOT provide printed copies of these onsite.

Your digital summary PDF should offer information that complements your presentation. It can include an outline/overview and the key takeaway for attendees. It can offer additional information, including links to recommended resources to go deeper. Please limit your PDF to a max of 4 pages. Less is fine.

They will also share about continuing education credits and check attendees’ name badges. The moderator will introduce himself/herself before the start of your session.

6. CPE Credits

Attendees are eligible for NASBA/CPE, CFRE, SHRM, and CCNL credits. Our conference website will feature additional information.

7. General Presentation Guidelines

Please weave our conference theme, “SEEK FIRST,” into your presentation. Conference teaching sessions must be:

  • Practical
  • Relevant
  • Compelling
  • Biblically-aligned
  • Transformational
  • Outcomes oriented
  • Interactive

They should be oriented towards leaders of today’s Christian nonprofit organizations, although sessions may offer a broad application for any call to Christian leadership regardless of sphere.

Interactive Collaboration

Please ensure that your presentation is interactive. That can include time for questions and answers, feedback, table discussion, idea generation, etc. We find that sessions that fully engage our adult learners best receive the highest evaluation scores.

Educational Focus

Presenters have agreed not to use the time to promote their organization or its services but to share successful practices and takeaways. The quickest way to lower evaluation scores is for faculty members to use sessions for promotional rather than educational purposes.

Academic Level

Please seek to teach content commensurate with your selected teaching level: Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced.

8. Exhibit | Sponsor

Faculty who also elect to do an onsite exhibit create a win-win opportunity for fruitful relationship-building with attendees. Want to learn more about opportunities to exhibit or sponsor at The Outcomes Conference 2025? View the Outcomes 2025 Prospectus and contact Donna Bostick, Conference Engagement Manager, for more information.
