Meet Arete Leader 2026 | Paula Mendoza

Paula Mendoza is the Chief Administration and Mobilization Officer for Global Trust Partners.

Paula has been involved with Christian NGOs since 2012. Being exposed to different contexts and cultures has made her sensitive to the voice of God and His will for her life: serving. Her extensive experience in nonprofits includes coordinating event projects, raising funds, and strengthening strategic alliances at organizations such as Compassion International, Potter’s House Association, Bible Society of Guatemala, and The Christian Broadcasting Network.

She has volunteered with The Trauma Healing Institute, the Generation to Generation Network, and local church events to promote engagement.
