WHO WE ARE

We are an Alliance of Christian professionals that includes nonprofit ministries, churches, educational institutions, and businesses. We are committed to investing our best in each other for a more significant kingdom impact.

We are leaders called to serve.

In Paul's letter to the church in Corinth, he describes the essence of the Alliance Community.

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

WHAT WE DO

We create the spaces and places where leaders gather to sharpen and to be sharpened.

In our nearly 50-year history, the Christian Leadership Alliance community has invested lifetimes of expertise and experience in strengthening its members and their ministries.

Now, over 180,000 Christ-centered leaders each year count themselves among those whose thoughts, actions, and professional development are shaped by the Alliance Community.

HOW WE DO IT

We develop mission-critical competencies and expand leadership capacity in the core disciplines that are foundational to operating a ministry with excellence.

CONVENE

We gather leaders for shared experiences, providing them with opportunities to understand trends, share best practices, strengthen their skills, and collaborate on addressing pressing issues and emerging challenges.

TRAIN

We equip leaders in the business of ministry to strengthen the leadership skills required for faithfully stewarding all aspects of organizational operations with integrity and excellence.
