Everything you need is in the Conference App, available on April 14th!

App Activation Steps

Here is how you get started:

  • Download and install the Cvent Events App on your IOS/Android device.
  • Search for the Outcomes Conference 2026.
  • Create your profile using the email address you used to register for the conference.

Only those registered for the event will have access to the conference content. If needed, we will help you set up the App at the on-site registration Infor Desk.

What You’ll Find on the App:

  • Access: Discover all schedules, session documents, maps, and speaker bios.
  • Search: Find all sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and all attendees.
  • Connect: Network with other attendees and send private messages.
  • Rate: Provide a rating and specific feedback for each learning experience.
  • Give: Partner with us to support the Global Leader Fund for 2026.

Turn On Conference Text Notifications:

Special thanks to our returning Communication Sponsor, Powered by Text! We will use text messages to share timely and relevant information during the event. Once you opt in, you will receive a list of keywords to help you get the pages you need in the App – FAST.

Download Your Session Handouts:

Handouts are available in the App, which will be available to Conference attendees on April 14. If you prefer a hard copy, we encourage you to print them from home before you arrive, as there will be no hard copies onsite.

Outcomes Onsite Printed Program:

Upon arrival at the Registration and Information desk, you will receive a printed program in your conference tote bag; all session descriptions are available on the mobile App.

The Hyatt Regency DFW offers complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to and from all DFW Airport Terminals.

To Arrange a Pickup from DFW Airport Terminals:

  • Use this Track My Shuttle Link to Call a Shuttle:    CLICK HERE FOR THE LINK   
  • Hotel pickup is located on the lowest level of your arrival terminal.
  • Look for the purple sign reading “Courtesy Van Pickup” that clearly marks these areas.

Transfers from the Hotel Back to the DFW Airport Terminals:

Hotel Shuttles depart from the main lobby every 20 minutes, beginning on the hour.

Hotel Parking:

 Important: DFW Airport Parking & TollTag Instructions

To receive complimentary parking validation, all guests (overnight and commuting) must follow these specific entry instructions:

  • Enter via “TICKET ONLY” lanes. Do NOT use the TollTag lanes.
  • Pull a physical ticket upon entry.
  • Keep your ticket and present it to the hotel front desk or guest services for validation.

 Note: If you enter through a TollTag lane, your tag will be automatically charged. The hotel cannot refund or reverse these charges, and you will be responsible for the daily parking rate.

Hotel Restaurants and Food Options:

Breakfast & Morning Coffee

Hyatt offers grab-and-go coffee and breakfast items at Jett’s Coffee Bar. A Full Breakfast is also available at the hotel restaurant, Jacob’s Spring Grill, both are located on the Lobby Level.

CLA provides a complimentary coffee break at 10 am on Tuesday mornings (Enterprise Foyer), Wednesday mornings, and Thursday mornings (Outcomes Exhibit Hall / Aviators).

Lunch

CLA is providing complimentary BOX LUNCHES to all Outcomes registrants on Tuesday and Wednesday at the following locations:

  • TUE – Pick up your box lunch in the Lonestar and Industry Wing Foyers on the Ground Floor.
  • WED – Pick up your box lunch in the Outcomes Exhibit Hall next to the Leadership Hallway.
Lunch on Thursday –  Hotel Dining Options

The hotel is offering four locations to purchase lunch: Please note that all hotel restaurant venues are cashless.

  • A Texas BBQ Buffet, available at a CLA-discounted price of $17.95 + tax and service, will be provided at Jacob’s Spring Grille (Lobby Level) and at Pop-Up Location near Aviators (Ground Level Exhibit Hall).
  • Grab & Go Concessions will be available at Jett’s Coffee Bar and Doc Karcher’s on the Lobby level, featuring options such as Cheeseburgers, Pizza, Chicken Tenders, Wraps, and more.
  • The hotel restaurant, Jacob’s Spring Grille, will serve a regular menu Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Hotel Dinner Options

The hotel will offer CLA-discounted dinner buffets on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. The menu is TBD. 

Shuttle to the Historic Grapevine Area!

Looking for something fun to do in the evenings? Historic Downtown Grapevine is just 15 minutes from the Hyatt DFW and offers many restaurants and shops.

Complimentary shuttle buses, sponsored by the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), will run continuously between the Hyatt Regency DFW and Historic Downtown Grapevine on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

A CVB staff member will be on hand each evening near the Hyatt Front Entrance to answer any questions about the Grapevine District, restaurants, or bus schedules.

Bus Shuttle Times:

  • Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Onsite Registration for 2026:

Registration is at the lower conference center, adjacent to the Enterprise Grand Ballroom. Each attendee must check in and pick up their name badge, Outcomes Onsite Program materials, and swag bag.

Onsite Registration Hours:

  • Monday, 3:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Relationship: Resource Development, Marketing & Communication, and Internet & Technology

Professional Education Credits:

Outcomes 2026 sessions are eligible for continuing education credits from NASBA, CFRE, and SHRM, as well as CCNL points.

  • If a course includes more than one session, attendance at all sessions is required to earn credits.
  • Pick up continuing education forms when you get your name badge at the Registration and Info Desk.
  • Signing in is necessary for all classes to receive NASBA, CRE, and SHRM.

Those enrolled in the CCNL (Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader) Program can earn elective points. If you would like to learn more about this professional development program, our CCNL Administrator, Cyndi Marcy, can schedule an appointment with you.

The Outcomes Exhibit Hall

Grand Opening Reception:  Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Join us as we kick off the Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall at Aviators.  Find friends, enjoy refreshments, and participate in exhibitor giveaways.

Meet over 50 experts and service providers, dedicated to serving non-profit ministries, and learn how their products, services, and strategies will enhance your effectiveness. The list of exhibitors and a floor plan will be available in the onsite program book, and more information about our exhibitors will be available in the Conference App.
