Meet Arete Leader 2026 | Jordie Winstead

Jordie serves as the Director of New Initiatives at Integrus.

She is currently leading all of our innovative engagements with our partners and working to ensure institutional excellence with the team. Before joining Integrus, she taught for two years at a nationally recognized public school.

Jordie is worthy of this honor for two reasons: the work she does and the way she does it. At Integrus, she is a culture champion who brings both innovation and excellence to the work we do to serve Christian leaders. She is also a military wife who has led the Family Readiness Group, supporting families of deployed soldiers, at both commands where her husband has been stationed. She is also on the Women’s Ministry leadership team at her church. She models each of the CLA values: honoring God, serving others, collaborating, transforming learning, and pursuing excellence.
