Natalie Loos serves as Director of Ministry Advancement at IHS Global.

Natalie holds degrees in Business, Marketing, and Data Analysis, and has earned 12+ professional certifications. She serves her local church through children’s ministry and coaches youth soccer.

Natalie is a Christ-centered leader who views relationship-building as the heart of her leadership, sowing, cultivating, and harvesting, rooted in faithful stewardship. Motivated by her desire to honor God in her life and work, Natalie transformed the Advancement department at IHS Global, resulting in a record fiscal year and two record-breaking quarters. Her pursuit of excellence and humble leadership led to stronger relationships with team members and partners, and the development of wise policies and systems. She is a unifier who cares as much for her team as results, serving her church and community and carrying a full course load.
