Nicole Unice is a pastor, author, and leadership coach and consultant with a heart for helping people live with clarity, courage, and spiritual wholeness. Through her work across church, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors, Nicole brings wit and wisdom to helping people discover how their faith intersects with everyday decisions—including stewarding their time, talents, and resources.

Nicole is the author of several books and Bible studies, including The Miracle Moment and her latest, Not What I Signed Up For. She hosts the How to Study the Bible podcast, which reached 188 countries last year alone. 

Nicole is a Co-founder of Pangea Technologies, a financial services startup purpose-built for helping global ministries and nonprofits steward every dollar around the world.

She lives in Richmond, VA, with her husband of 28 years, three almost-grown kids, and two neurotic dogs.
