Meet Arete Leader 2026 | Zack Wilson

Zack Wilson is the CEO of Sightline, a ministry of Cru.

Zack began with student ministry in Central Asia and later in Virginia, where God shaped a deep love for walking with people as they wrestle with faith, truth, and purpose. In 2018, he joined Josh McDowell Ministry to help fulfill the vision of equipping a new generation of authors and speakers who faithfully engage today’s questions with clarity and grace. In 2023, Zack became CEO to steward that vision in this season.

Zack has led with dependence on the Lord, wisdom, courage, and grace as he leads a legacy ministry into the future. He has sought counsel, pursued excellence, and collaborated well both internally & across Cru as he repositions this ministry for today’s needs. He demonstrated courage and grace with the JMM team. It’s a rare person who takes on a challenge like this!
