In these final months of Summer, it is a great time to sharpen your skills, increase your capacity, and grow in effectiveness as a Christian nonprofit professional. Enroll in a 10-week cohort learning experience, professionally facilitated to keep you on track so you maximize your outcomes.

The 10 weeks are divided into five sessions, allowing you two weeks to complete the work and engage in dynamic discussions with leaders who share your passion for learning and growth. By the end of the course, you will have a strong and practical action plan to turn learning into outcomes.

COURSE: CCNL1 – Leadership at All Levels

Are you ready to increase effectiveness and expand capacity?

This 10-week course provides the leader of a nonprofit organization with an executive-level view of what is foundational for God-honoring personal, organizational, and board leadership. This course creates a roadmap that enables leaders to think more deeply about the role of executive Leadership and how senior leaders influence others, the organization, the board, and those the organization serves. The CCNL 1 is a required course for all CCNL program participants.  (Sessions include personal leadership, executive, and board governance)

Learning Objectives

1. Explore the greatest leadership role model, the transformational leadership cycle, how to develop your leadership mission statement, and guard your heart
2. Learn how to define success and put into practice steward leadership responsibilities for Christ-centered Kingdom outcomes.
3. Understand the core competencies of a leader and how to develop them
4. Review the core framework necessary to be in place for nonprofit board governance
5. Understand the CEO’s relationship with the board in leading and maximizing board effectiveness

COURSE: TLS 104 | Lead Like Jesus

Do you long to follow the example of the greatest leader of all time?

This course is designed to help participants learn what is needed to develop the heart, head, hands, and habits of a great leader, with Jesus as the model. The readings, videos, and other materials are designed to help participants uncover what might be holding them back from realizing their full leadership potential, while also developing the skills and habits needed to become a leader who leads like Jesus. Lead Like Jesus’ definition of leadership says that “anytime you influence the thinking, behavior, or development of another person, you are engaging in leadership.” So, whether you are a stay-at-home parent, a teacher, a CEO, an administrative professional, an electrician, a nurse, a coach, or a church leader, you are influencing the lives of others, and that makes YOU a leader!

TLS 104 is an elective course for all participants in the CCNL program. This course earns 20 points.

Learning Objectives
