A Global Event to Equip and Unite Leaders – Everywhere

The Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience 2021

We praise God for the uncharted territories he called Christian Leadership Alliance to in 2020. We learned how the most challenging times are when the seemingly impossible becomes possible!

The Miracle of Possible

In mid-March 2020 Covid-19 forced us to change the way in which we conducted our annual Outcomes Conference. We were blessed and amazed by the unexpected gift of a digital event platform. This unique opportunity inspired 200 Alliance leaders to adapt their traditional conference presentations. Those planning to attend the live event, sponsors and exhibitors also embraced the change and went on the journey with us.

Through this new platform we were able to digitally leverage, expand and extend professional leadership development across the USA and around the world.

Leaders from over 40 countries, representing all seven continents, were engaged in the conference. Among the international leaders 20% of them live in countries such as Yemen, Turkey, Pakistan, Israel and the Philippines. These are locations where Christians represent less than 5% of the total population.

We believe it was one of the most mission-driven initiatives in the 45-year history of the Alliance!

Gaining Momentum

On Wednesday, September 1 2021, Christian Leadership Alliance opens its digital doors for the second Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience. The theme for this year is THRIVE.  To thrive is an extraordinary aim for times like these. Yet, we know it is God’s desire for us and one that cannot be accomplished without him.

We marvel at God’s provision, his faithfulness and the collaboration of the Alliance community in the US and abroad. We give thanks for the all the leaders who together contributed over 100 educational sessions for this global event. These men and women brought us their best so that others might flourish.

We are filled with gratitude for the 2021 Global Champions:  Cru, World Vision, Joni and Friends and Compassion International. These ministries daily engage in global Kingdom Impact. This year they generously sponsored the Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience for the training and growth of Christian leaders – everywhere.

Come With Us

As you know, there are many places in the world where the current circumstances are even more uncertain and dangerous than they were in 2020. The need to equip and strengthen Christian leaders has only intensified. By God’s grace, we are ready to equip and unite leaders from over 100 countries starting this week.

You can still be a part of it too.

Here are three ways you can come with us

1. PRAY for all the leaders who seek to become faithful stewards. May they not lose heart but seize whatever God is doing in their midst.

2. WITNESS firsthand what God is about to do by registering to attend this experience!  Membership matters so you will need to take care of that first, if you don’t already belong to the Alliance community. You may that this is the  community where a leader like you belongs.

3. INVEST in the Global Leaders Fund so that even more leaders will be reached, equipped and prepared for future Kingdom impact.
