Conference Experience Guides make a difference! Tomorrow, April 9, the Christian Leadership Alliance community convenes for the 48th Outcomes Conference in Jacksonville, Florida. Christian nonprofit professionals across the country will gather to experience professional development, collaborative community, inspiration, and encouragement and to learn how to lead in a way that more closely models Christ. We have three experienced guides who will set the pace and make the space for God to work!

Ayanda Khumalo

Ayanda Khumalo is a multi-talented creative (recording artist, radio host, actor, and author). You won’t want to miss his latest release, In Jesus! He is the ultimate Worship Experience Guide!

Ayanda travels the world leading, teaching, and training on leadership and musical worship. Ayanda features on “T” e Worship Initiative” “and “I” the Studio with Michael Card” “podcasts. He features on TV and radio stations like WGN-TV (Chicago), TBN, TBNAfrica, Faith Africa, FaithUK, Moody Radio- 90.1FM, PowerFM, and StarFM. Ayanda hosts “W” rship & the Word” “on Stellar Award-winning gospel radio channel Urban Praise on Moody Radio. He is the author of Aya and ABBA.

Ayanda serves as the Central Worship Arts Pastor of Woodside Bible Church in Troy, Michigan, USA, overseeing the Worship Arts Ministry across 14 campuses.

Season Bowers

Season Bowers is a Spirit-filled speaker, author, and host of the Joy Bringer Podcast – which you can watch on CLATV! You do not want to miss her new book, The Joy Bringer Challenge. This book inspires you to live fully in the power of the Good News! As an Experience Guide, her energy is infectious!

After more than 20 years as a professional actor on the stage telling good stories well, Season retired from the theatre to tell the best story well. Whether on the radio, on large or small platforms, in writing, or over a long lunch, Season loves connecting with people and talking about Jesus.

Transparent through life’s difficulties, she makes a daily and even moment-to-moment choice to lock eyes with Jesus as her source of hope and constant joy. You can listen to her on radio stations nationwide through her daily feature, Joy Bringer, and she is the mid-day host for Joy99 in West Michigan.

She has an MDiv from Bethel Seminary San Diego and is ordained with the Free Methodist denomination.

Season and her husband travel as much as possible but call Knoxville, Tennessee home. They are obsessed with their two dogs and love being Airbnb hosts. While full of joy and Jesus, Season is almost always full of tea with maybe too much yummy creamer.

Dr. Naomi Cramer Overton

Dr. Naomi Cramer Overton is the CEO of Stonecroft Ministries. As the Experience Guide, she brings the wisdom and truth of the Word.

Through ministry leadership, academic research, and writing, Naomi Cramer Overton, the general editor of TyTyndale’s Every Women’s Bible, has helped more than a million people understand God’s story and discover their own. The official launch of EveryWomem’s Bible is in May 2024.

Naomi has served as CEO of MOPS International  (now TheMomCo by MOPS) and as a director at Compassion International and World Vision. Her award-winning doctorate research from Fuller Theological Seminary created the Re-storey™ Transformational Narrative Model. She also holds an MBA from UCLA and a bachelor’s from Stanford University.

Naomi and her husband, Frank, have a son and three daughters—one in heaven. Wither her 4-pound dog (and chief lap warmer), Osito, Naomi, and Frank live in California and Colorado, where they have climbed more than 20 peaks over 13,000 feet.
