The Christian Leadership Alliance’s CCNL Credential program recognizes a leader’s dedication to excellence.

Each year at the Christian Leadership Alliance’s annual Outcomes Conference, a new group of leaders nationwide is recognized for their proven commitment to excellence. These individuals are recipients of a Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) accreditation from Christian Leadership Alliance.

The credential program exists because effective leadership requires more than passion and good intentions. Today’s rapidly changing world demands a continual commitment to growth, learning, and sharpening. Leaders need the skills to lead with integrity, vision, and wisdom.

Pursuing excellence is a journey, not a destination. Excellence is a lifelong commitment for those who feel called to lead in God’s kingdom. It is a pursuit beyond simply achieving short-term goals and reaching the depths of spiritual, relational, and professional growth.

Step 2: The next step is to enroll in the CCNL program. Enroll today!

Step 3: Begin acquiring points toward your credential. Register for The Outcomes Conference 2025 in Dallas, Texas, April 29 – May 1, 2025, to acquire CCNL points through extensive learning experiences. Register for The Outcomes Conference.

Step 4: Register for the Spring Term and take the first of your three required CCNL online core courses: CCN Relationship. Registration deadline is April 7. Learn More and Register here.
