If you are coming to the Outcomes Conference 2025, our Experience Guides are ready to serve you. And you can’t join us this year, these are remarkable people we want everyone to know! These leaders are dear to us, and we give thanks for how they turn our hearts and affection toward God. We know they will guide us with great sensitivity to how God moves among us.

AYANDA KHUMALO

Ayanda Khumalo is a multi-talented creative (recording artist, radio host, actor, and author). He travels the world leading, teaching, and training on leadership and musical worship. Ayanda features on “The Worship Initiative” and “In the Studio with Michael Card” podcasts.

He has appeared on TV and radio stations like WGN-TV (Chicago), TBN, TBNAfrica, Faith Africa, FaithUK, Moody Radio—90.1FM, PowerFM, and StarFM. Ayanda hosts “Worship & the Word.” You can find him on the Stellar Award-winning gospel radio channel, Urban Praise, on Moody Radio. He is the author of Aya and ABBA.

Ayanda serves as the central worship arts pastor of Woodside Bible Church in Troy, Michigan, USA, overseeing the Worship Arts Ministry on 14 campuses.

CYNTHIA BERRY

Pastor Cynthia Berry is an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. She is an active member of the Lighthouse Church in Newbury Park, California, where she serves on the Church Council and leads women’s ministry and Bible study small groups.

She received a Master of Theology in Ministry, emphasizing youth and family culture, from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Cynthia received her Mental Health Coaching Certificate from the American Association. She is certified as a Christian Counselor and a Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL).

Cynthia is a dynamic itinerant preacher and speaker who has inspired intergenerational, diverse audiences, both domestic and international. Her travels include Prague, Czech Republic, London, England, Peru (Lima and Arequipa), Haiti (Port-au-Prince), and Guyana.

Cynthia served in the nonprofit sector with the Breese Youth Center, World Impact, Rescue Mission Alliance, Prison Fellowship, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Synod, and New City Parish Network of Churches in Inglewood, California. For the past seventeen years, Cynthia has worked in various capacities at Joni and Friends International Disability Center. Currently, she is their Director of Spiritual Formation and Care.

SEASON BOWERS

After more than 30 years as a professional actor on the stage, telling good stories well, Season Bowers retired from the theatre to tell the best story well. Whether on the radio, on large or small platforms,, Season loves connecting with people and talking about Jesus.

Transparent through life’s difficulties, she makes a daily and even moment-to-moment choice to lock eyes with Jesus as her source of hope and constant joy. She can be heard on radio stations nationwide through her daily feature, Joy Bringer, and is the midday host for Joy99 in West Michigan. Season is the author of The Joy Bringer Challenge: Living the Power of the Good News (Morgan James Faith, 1923) and hosts the Joy Bringer Podcast.

Season has her Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and is the Pastor in the Free Methodist denomination. She dreams big and prays even bigger. Season and her husband Kris are always ready with a yes to whatever and wherever the Holy Spirit leads. While full of life and joy, she is also almost always full of iced tea.
