Outcomes Conference 2025 and Those Who Made it Possible

The Alliance Community Celebrates the Outcomes Conference 2025

We are grateful to all who joined us for the Outcomes Conference 2025 and thank all who made this event possible. Every year, it is the best expression of what this community represents. All participants and contributors bring their best for the good of all. Leaders come to sharpen and to be sharpened. The Outcomes Conference represents what Paul described when he wrote:

“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of work, but the same God is at work in all of them and everyone. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.“

I Corinthians 12:4-7

FOUR PROMISES

The annual conference is the one time when we see our four core promises come to life. For 49 years, these are experiences we seek to create for all attendees:

These four promises influence our thinking, behaviors, and the development of all Alliance resources and learning experiences. We look forward to the feedback on each one and how we can continue to grow in meeting the needs of our dynamic community!

LEADERS SET THE STAGE

For the past few months, we have given you an up-close look at the leaders who graced our main stages and guided our general session experiences. In the Spirit of the theme, SEEK FIRST, they aligned their hearts to it and each presented timely, relevant messages, grounded in the timeless. They all invest their best in serving the ministries and missions of others.   In June, we will again open our ‘Call for Presentations,” an activity that initiates our faculty selection for Outcomes 26.

The Call To Seek

This year’s Outcomes Conference 25 theme has left its mark on our minds and hearts. Even though this event has passed, God’s promises are fulfilled in his purpose and our relentless pursuit of his perfect will.

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

Jeremiah 29:13

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

Matthew 6:33

We encourage you to hold fast to this promise and seek God and his kingdom first in all you do! We pray that more of you will join us in Dallas, TX, for the Outcomes Conference 2026. It will be a grand celebration of our 50th year of equipping and uniting leaders called to transform the world for Christ.
