Christian Leadership Alliance launches a new “Thriving Leader Series” this fall term. This new experience cultivates Christ-honoring personal leadership skills and the practices that enable a Christian to thrive.

More About the Thriving Leader Series

This interactive 10-week online course will introduce Christian professionals across all service levels to knowing and responding to God, leading self, cultivating relationships, unlocking God’s best in individuals and teams, and leading from the center of God’s will and purpose.

The Thriving Leader Series builds on illuminating personal leadership research conducted by Azusa Pacific University for the Alliance and provides interactive, expert-led training on personal leadership practices. The Thriving Leader Series courses combine live and online experiences relevant to leaders at every level of an organization. These dynamic online learning experiences are also a strategic gateway for grounding emerging leaders called to serve in Christian nonprofit ministry.

The Thriving Leader | Spiritual Formation brings together the wisdom and experiences of leaders on the Christian Leadership Alliance Advisory Council:

Complete the Thriving Leader Series courses, and you will earn a certificate and the opportunity to engage in 12 months of mentoring! Any course in this new series also counts as an online elective for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) Program. It is another way you can make your online experiences count for more!
