Introducing Nicole Unice, A Woman of Influence

Christian Leadership Alliance welcomes Nicole Unice to the Outcomes Conference main stage for the 2026 Women’s Luncheon.

All the Places You’ll Find Her

Nicole Unice is a leader, serving both in the ministry and in the marketplace. She serves as a pastor, author, and leadership coach and consultant. With a heart for helping people live with clarity, courage, and spiritual wholeness, her work spans the church, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors.

Nicole brings 20 years of leadership and counseling experience to her work as a coach and communicator. Nicole’s passion is to foster environments of safety and vulnerability so that individuals and communities can courageously identify the obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential.

Nicole works internationally but loves her home in Richmond, VA, which she shares with her husband and three teenagers. Nicole holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She serves on the boards of East Mountain, an international leadership organization, and CHAT, a local nonprofit focused on restorative work with young people in poverty.

Shifting The Altitude

Nicole Unice is now collaborating with Altitude to offer enhanced coaching services. Altitude is a collective of seasoned leaders dedicated to guiding individuals through their leadership journeys. They provide perspective, clarity, and partnership to help leaders navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

Nicole’s coaching approach is solution-focused and future-oriented, aiming to bring clarity and practical steps to individuals and teams. She is passionate about fostering environments of safety and vulnerability, enabling clients to identify and overcome obstacles that hinder their full potential.

By integrating Altitude’s collective expertise with Nicole’s personal approach, clients can expect a comprehensive coaching experience that addresses both personal and professional development. This partnership aims to provide the tools and guidance necessary for transformational growth and lasting change.

A Technology Innovator

In the marketplace, Nicole is the Chief Operating Officer of Pangea Technologies, an early-stage fintech with a redemptive vision to create equity in the global economy through AI-powered software. (Yes, she’s as surprised as anyone to find herself here—but God is the one who orders our steps!)

Pangea exists to forge a unified global economy that is inclusive, equitable, and resilient. They aim to remove financial barriers that stand between us, unlocking seamless access to the world of opportunities promised by a digitally connected world. If you attend the Outcomes Conference, you can meet the Pangea team in the Outcomes Conference Exhibit Hall!

A Multi-Media Communicator

In her books and videos, Nicole is passionate about making transformation attainable and accessible to people in all stages of life. As a coach, Nicole brings clarity and courage for individuals and teams as they pursue a preferred future.

Nicole is the author of several books and Bible studies, including The Miracle Moment and her latest, Not What I Signed Up For.

She hosts the How to Study the Bible podcast, which reached 188 countries last year alone.
