A wife to Ernest L. Harris and a mother of three adult children (Aubrey, Drake and Shayna) and a grandson (Darius).

Dr. Vicki Harris is the Chief People and Culture Officer at Our Daily Bread Ministries. As a global human resource professional, Vicki travels around the world sharing her passion to help and train leaders and staff members in team effectiveness, human resource disciplines and Diversity Equity and Inclusion among other things.

Our Daily Bread Ministries is a Global Ministry with 38 divisions around the world whose mission is to make the life changing wisdom of the Bible understandable and accessible to all people and nations.

Vicki is an Executive Liaison, Discipleship and Small Groups Executive Leader under the leadership of Dr. Jermone T. Glenn and Revolution Christian Ministries.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Resources

A Dual Master’s of Science degree in Business and Human Resources,

Honorary Doctorate degree in Humanities, received the International Golden Rule Award and serves as a Goodwill Ambassador.

She is very passionate about Leadership Training and Developing to help people and leaders grow both professional and spiritually!
