Membership

 

New or Renewal

A full refund, less a $45 admin fee, for individual members

A full refund, less a $75 admin fee, for organizational level memberships

* No refunds after 14 days of date of purchase

Conferences

 

Outcomes Conference

A full refund, less a $150 admin fee, will be given to all written requests received by on or before February 6, 2023. After that date, we are unable to give refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to anyone who is able to attend in your place. First transfer is complimentary; each subsequent transfer will incur a $25 fee.

 

Global Digital Experience

A full refund less, a $50 admin fee, for paid U.S. attendees
* No Refunds are given to anyone registered through the Global Scholarship program.

Exhibitor | Sponsor

Exhibitor

In the event the exhibitor desires to cancel the contract, we will refund the deposit and exhibitor fees paid to the Alliance if emailed notification is received on or before September 1, 2022. If emailed notification is received after September 1, 2022, but before December 31, 2022, the Alliance will refund 50% of the total exhibitor fees. If a cancelation notice comes in after December 31, 2022, no refund will be given.

 

Sponsor

No refund is available. In the event that you are not able to meet a deadline or attend an event, reach out to see what, if any, other arrangements can be made.

Outcomes Academy

Courses

A participant who chooses to cancel their enrollment in a course up to 14 days prior to the start of the module will receive a full refund, less a $75 admin fee.

A participant who chooses to cancel within Session 1 of the module will have 50% of the money refunded.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after the end of Session 1.

 

CCNL Program Enrollment

A full refund, less a $75 admin fee
