There is something powerful that happens when Christian leaders come together with a shared desire to grow, learn, encourage one another, and faithfully serve the mission God has entrusted to them.

We sharpen one another when we share what God has taught us. And when we do, something bigger happens: we multiply.

That is at the heart of the Global Digital Experience 2026 from Christian Leadership Alliance. More than an online leadership conference, this experience brings Christian leaders together across organizations, cultures, generations, and nations to learn from one another and discover what God can do when we intentionally invest in the leaders around us.

We Are Called to Multiply

The theme for the Global Digital Experience 2026 is Multiply.

Multiplication is woven throughout Scripture. Jesus invested deeply in His disciples, preparing them to carry His message beyond His earthly ministry. Paul challenged Timothy to entrust what he had learned to faithful people who could teach others.

The principle is clear: what we receive is not meant to stop with us.

Christian leadership is about more than accomplishing today’s responsibilities. It is also about preparing others to lead tomorrow. It means recognizing the gifts God has given us and intentionally sharing those gifts so others can grow.

When a leader grows, an organization can grow. When a leader equips another person, leadership capacity expands. And when those leaders develop others, the potential for Kingdom impact multiplies.

Why the Global Digital Experience Matters

The Global Digital Experience 2026 provides two months of opportunities for Christian leaders to learn, connect, reflect, and engage with ministry leaders from around the world.

Participants will gain practical leadership insights, explore challenges facing Christian organizations, learn from experienced practitioners, and connect with others navigating many of the same questions they face.

But the value goes beyond the content. It is found in the connections.

Consider speaking with another ministry leader who has faced a challenge you are currently experiencing. It may be a new perspective from someone serving in a completely different cultural or organizational context. Or it may be an idea shared during a session that changes the way you approach a challenge back home.

Sometimes the most meaningful learning happens when we realize we are not the only ones facing a particular challenge.

We don’t simply come to receive. We come to contribute.

An Extraordinary Opportunity

The Global Digital Experience is designed for Christian nonprofit leaders, executives, board members, ministry professionals, emerging leaders, and others who desire to grow in Christ-centered leadership. A seasoned executive may offer wisdom developed through decades of leadership. An emerging leader may bring a fresh perspective that challenges established thinking. A nonprofit professional may share a practical solution another organization needs. An international ministry leader may help others see an issue through a cultural lens they have never considered.

You do not have to be a Christian Leadership Alliance member to participate. The invitation is broad because multiplication happens when people with different experiences, perspectives, cultures, and generations come together.

Global Significance

The word global is more than part of the name. It represents an invitation to broaden the conversation.

Christian leaders around the world may serve in very different environments, but many of the fundamental leadership questions are remarkably similar. How do we develop healthy leaders and build strong teams? Do you know how to steward resources faithfully? How do we navigate change? How do we prepare the next generation?

Through the Global Digital Experience, leaders in the United States can learn from international ministry leaders, while international leaders can learn from those serving in different ministry contexts. When we broaden the conversation, we broaden our understanding.

For international ministry leaders living outside the United States, scholarship opportunities through the Global Leader Fund help make participation possible. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of Christian Leadership Alliance members and Global Champions who believe investing in Christian leaders around the world can create impact far beyond a single organization.

What Do You Have to Give?

When we attend a leadership conference, our first question is often, “What can I learn?” That is an important question. But perhaps we should also ask, “What can I give?”

Every leader has something to offer. It may be experience gained through years of ministry, a lesson learned through failure, expertise in an area where another leader is struggling, or simply encouragement for someone carrying a heavy leadership responsibility.

We sometimes underestimate the value of what God has already taught us. The experience that seems ordinary to us may be exactly what another leader needs. Proverbs remind us,

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Proverbs 27:17

Christian leaders need one another. We need people who will encourage us, challenge us, share wisdom, and help us see what we may not see on our own. Ultimately, the Global Digital Experience is not simply about becoming better leaders. It is about becoming leaders who multiply.

Whether you are a longtime CLA member or discovering CLA for the first time, whether you lead from the United States or another part of the world, there is a place for you. Bring your experience, questions, perspective, and the gifts God has entrusted to you—and be willing to receive from others as well.

One leader can make a difference. But a leader who multiplies can influence generations of leaders to come.
