About the Outcomes Academy Online

The Outcomes Academy Online Experience:

• The registration fee for the online module:
  • CLA members:  $399
  • CLA Non-members : $599
• Outcomes Academy Online modules run for 10 consecutive weeks and the content is covered in five, two-week sessions.
• Each two-week session includes: A reflection, assigned reading, review of an interactive PowerPoint presentation, group discussions, and a written reflection on the content covered.
• Work is acknowledged and approved by module facilitators. All assignments must be finished in order to receive credit towards the CCNL Program or the Certificate Program.

Class Size Limits: 8 minimum / 30 maximum

Note: It is recommended that you do not purchase study materials until after registration closes and module is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A participant who chooses to cancel their enrollment up to 14 days prior the start of the module will receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
• A participant who chooses to cancel within Session 1 of the module will have 50% of their registration fees refunded.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations after the end of Session 1.
