Merry Christmas, beloved Alliance leaders.

It is hard to believe that for over forty years, Christian Leadership Alliance has supported the leadership development construct for all sizes of local and global nonprofit organizations. The core founding members have been committed to the work of the Alliance through all these years. Because of their example and the wisdom they’ve shared, other nonprofit leaders are pursing God-honoring stewardship and demonstrating relentless faithfulness.

Today, those of you in the Alliance, represent leaders from over 1,200 faith-based organizations and together you are influencing the thinking, behavior and professional development of over 150,000 leaders each year. Whether it is during online courses, national gatherings or in smaller peer advisory groups, you freely share what you’ve learned and you do it for the profit of all.

But what matters most, is that you are leaders driven by one ultimate outcome – transforming the world for Christ.

It is the Gospel that compels and motivates what you do and how you do it. While every leader and organization has a unique Kingdom assignment, we co-labor to advance God’s redemptive plan for this world.

As you join with loved ones to celebrate the birth of Jesus, know that we join you in giving thanks for our Savior, grace and the faithfulness of our heavenly Father. Know that we give thanks for all of you.
