The Joy of Giving Thanks

It’s a great joy to give and to give thanks!

We celebrate this season of giving and giving thanks. As leaders, it is important that we value others and express gratitude, often. Giving thanks is indeed a Biblical principle and current studies show that an attitude of gratitude fuels flourishing cultures. It is good to value and appreciate the difference others make in our lives and in the organizations where we serve.

We give thanks for all of you.

We are grateful for our Christian Leadership Alliance leaders and members who contribute content each week to this blog and all those who subscribe, read, and share these posts with others.  Our daily prayer is that you are encouraged by what you find and that every post positively influences your thinking, behavior, and development as a leader.

The Alliance exists to equip and unite leaders called to transform the world for Christ. The Alliance represents men and women who unselfishly invest in each other and give their best for the good of all. They freely give to serve God’s great and holy purpose. What Paul described in I Corinthians 12:4-7, describes well the Alliance community.

There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.  And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.  But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all…
