The Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience Begins Now!

Today, Christian Leadership Alliance launches its first ever  Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience. We’re passionate about equipping leaders worldwide to step into this moment with God-honoring excellence. To do so we’re building on the Christian thought leadership we’ve provided here in the U.S. for nearly 45 years and introducing the voices of global thought leaders to this equipping experience.

This experience available to Christian leaders everywhere, August 30 –  September 30, 2020. Full access to the content and library of resources is available to for only a $25 registration fee! To maximize this opportunity, register today. We want you be able to have all 30-days available to you, but registration will remain open through September 30.

Comprehensive Training

With more than 150 leadership experiences, recorded and live, this Global Digital Experience addresses the most pressing issues facing Christian leaders worldwide. Attendees benefit from a strong focus on the essential disciplines of executive leadership, board governance, financial management, tax and legal, people management, marketing, resource development, and technology.

Many of the thought leaders featured in this experience serve internationally. They include: Matt Bird, CEO, Cinnamon International, Dr. Alvin Sanders, President/CEO, World Impact, Beth Guckenberger, Co-Executive Director, Back2Back Ministries, Dr. Delphine Fanfon, Country Director, LeaderSource Cameroon, Dr. Albert Reyes, CEO/President, Buckner International and many more. Worship is led by Ayanda Khumalo, a dynamic worship leader based in Chicago who is originally from Zimbabwe.

All attendees receive access to a daily guide that sets the pace and ensures the entire experience is maximized within its 30-day run.

Continuing Education Credits

All part pants have an opportunity to earn continuing education credits for three different programs!

(1) CCNL: Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL)  – These educational experiences offer points towards CLA’s professional credential for Christian nonprofit leaders. To earn up to 40 of the 100 required points for a CCNL credential at The Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience, you must be registered for the CCNL program prior to attending sessions.

(2) CFRE: Certified Fund Raising Executive International Points – Full participation at The Outcomes Conference is applicable for more than 20 points in Category 1.B- Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.

(3) SHRM: Society for Human Resource Management Professional Development Credits  – Christian Leadership Alliance is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. This program is valid for up to 22 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org.

The interactive digital platform creates a space for you to set up your profile so it is easy to connect with others and build relationships that bear lasting fruit. You can join tracks and engage in ongoing discussions about the topics and content that is covered in each session.
