Today, Christian Leadership Alliance is launching a dynamic online community where membership matters. All those who belong will have ongoing access to those who share their passion for excellence and advancing the gospel.

For 45 years, the Alliance community has been equipping leaders for Kingdom impact.  Our community of members have put its years of experience in the ‘business” of ministry to work for its members. And right now, equipped, Christ-centered leaders are needed more than ever.  With this new Alliance community platform, members will access new ways to grow and thrive together!

MEMBERSHIP MATTERS

Membership is not a new idea. Membership addresses our emotional need to belong. God designed us with the human need to be part of something bigger and more important than ourselves.  Membership in a community richly satisfies our enduring need to be in relationship with others. As a member of Christian Leadership Alliance it is about being united with those who share a deep desire to follow God’s will, participate in his plan and to accomplish his purpose. In community, we celebrate our unique assignments because we know that every member is needed to complete the work of the whole.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP MAKES POSSIBLE

Alliance membership expands what is possible and gives leaders a digital opportunity  to easily reach beyond the boundaries of their organizations. We live in a time where we have already witnessed what technology makes possible.  And most have discovered that we can work, communicate and collaborate with each other in ways that are highly efficient and effective.

The new Alliance membership platform is built to strengthen and fuel engagement like Paul described to the Corinthians,

“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.  There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.

 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.”

~ I Corinthians 12:4-7

Here is glimpse of what leaders will experience inside the new Alliance community platform.

• Convene meetings to address strategic or urgent matters.
• Contribute resources, white papers, and templates through shared libraries.
•  Connect with others who share your specific expertise and passion.
• Create the exchange of ideas that bring about higher standards and new best practices.
• Complete training in ways that fit a leader’s availability and cadence.
• Combine the best thinking of many for the common good of all.

This new membership community enables leaders to share freely what God has been doing and is revealing so that it benefits everyone.
