What Letter of Recommendation Does Your Life Communicate?

Letters of recommendation are powerful tools in advocacy. They serve as a witness to who I am and the work I have done. If written by the right person, a letter of recommendation can be the difference between my acceptance and my rejection.

Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but tablets of human hearts.

My life can act as a letter of recommendation for Jesus. When people meet me, do they better understand who Jesus is and the work He has done?

Will you join me this week in surrendering ourselves to the Spirit of God, that we may be letters of recommendation for His glory?
