The Thriving Leader Series

Christian Leaders Alliance is pleased to announce that the member-exclusive Thriving Leader Series is starting again, with the first course in the five-series experience. This timing makes it the perfect time to enroll!

This series is based on our research with Azusa Pacific University that answers the question: What must a Christian leader do to thrive? Each course addresses what matters most, and the outcome is to equip you to become a leader who knows how to seek God’s will in your work. The series guides you in building spiritual disciples and grounding in foundational biblical principles. As the series begins again, it is a perfect time to enroll and start your journey to thriving! Here is what is happening in the first course.

TLS 101 | The Thriving Leader | Spiritual Formation

The first course in The Thriving Leader series focuses on establishing the foundations of spiritual formation and on how these principles and practices influence our thinking, behavior, and development, as well as those of Christians called to serve. It begins with knowing God, understanding self, valuing relationships, embracing resiliency, and building a construct that leads to thriving.

This course earns 20 Elective Points for the CCNL Program.

The Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader Program

The Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) program is exclusive to Christian Leadership Alliance members. The program promotes biblical principles and professional standards in Christian nonprofit organizations. This program exists because Christian nonprofits need leaders with proven expertise and certified excellence in their professional fields.

Those who receive this credential will possess a proven multidisciplinary understanding of nonprofit leadership. Training encompasses all the critical areas of professional practice, including executive leadership, resource development, financial management, tax and legal, board governance, people management and care, marketing and communication, and Internet and technology.

There are three core online courses, and in the Winter Term, we will feature the course on Relationships, CCNL-3.

CCNL3 | Relationship | Connecting Hearts to Ministry Mission

This module provides an executive-level view of creating and building an engaging brand, connecting that brand with various audiences, and inspiring support. Discover how to design your organization’s communications to cultivate supporters, partners, and champions. This course earns 20 Required Points for the CCNL Program.
