There is often a greater good that comes from some of the hardest of times. So it was for Christian Leadership Alliance in the spring of 2020. Poised to present our 2020 Outcomes Conference (prophetically themed:TRANSFORM), the country shut down and so did the possibility of hosting the annual event. 

But God…

In one of those remarkable miracle-upon-miracle moments, God made a way for us to host the event virtually for our U.S. based community. Then he went on to do Immeasurably more!  Building on the gift and the miracle of that event, God created more momentum by making it possible to launch the first-ever Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience. In 30-days God assembled a collaborative team of U.S. and International ministries who caught the vision and made it so!  In that first-year leaders from 40 countries were equipped. In the second year, leaders in 100 countries were impacted.

And for now, the Outcomes Conference Global Digital Experience has become an annual event. From September 1 – October 31, 2022, leaders from around the world will discover practical and transformational content. The theme for the 2022 event is I BELONG. During this window in time, a global community of believers will unite and learn how to become an even more beautiful expression of the body of Christ. Each one of them knowing, this is a place where they belong

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and everyone, it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

This experience is a dynamic blend of the training that was offered during the live Outcomes Conference plus specific sessions presented by leaders who minister and lead worldwide. Attendees will have 24/7 on-demand access to the training and the ability to participate in live-stream presentations.
