Summer Term Starts at Outcomes Academy Online!

Christian Leadership Alliance is committed to equipping leaders. The Outcomes Academy Online offers two professionally facilitated, 10-week cohorts this summer. If you want to develop mission-critical competencies, expand leadership capacity, and align practices with biblically influenced principles, join the Outcomes Academy Online. If you are not a current member of the Alliance community, we encourage you to join and enter into learning experiences that will transform the way you think and do the good works entrusted to you.

CCNL3 Relationship | Connecting Hearts to Ministry Mission

The course provides the leader of a nonprofit organization with an executive-level view of how to create and build an engaging brand, connect that brand with various audiences, and inspire donor support. You will develop a practical, biblically-based understanding of building and stewarding transformative life-long relationships with your organization’s donors.   

This is a REQUIRED course for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) program.  Two sessions in Resource Development, two in Marketing and Communications, and one in Internet and Technology earn 20 points for the CCNL Program.

Lead Like Jesus | The Heart, Head, Hands, & Habits

This course helps you learn what is needed to develop the heart, head, hands, and habits of a great leader, with Jesus as the model. The readings, videos, and other materials uncover what keeps you from realizing your full leadership potential while helping you develop the skills and habits needed to become a leader who leads like Jesus. This experience is highly recommended for leaders at every level across an organization.   

The course is an elective for the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL) Program. Three sessions in Personal Leadership and two in Executive Leadership earn 20 CCNL elective points.
