As an employee of Christian Leadership Alliance, I often hear people ask why organizations committed to Christian leadership development should become members. My answer always leads me back to Jesus’ words in Matthew chapter 5:

“You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world… Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine!”

A Personal Journey

After 28.5 years at Nestlé Purina, I thought retirement would be my next chapter. But three days in, God opened a new door. I joined Christian Leadership Alliance to help leaders multiply their impact, turning marketplace experience into meaningful service through Christian leadership development. This was not an ending, but a new beginning—a mission where experience meets opportunity, and influence aligns with God’s Kingdom work.
